Professional outlook
Superior athleticism starts with individual skill or talent, but it is aggressive conditioning that builds a solid foundation and takes an athlete to the elite level. I aim to maximize athletic and human performance through progressive and coordinated programming and training. Multi-dimensional drills follow proven exercise science standards and protocols that achieve measurable results. Motivation is essential; at SpeedLine it is built on a trainer/client relationship of trust, pride, mutual respect and continuous positive reinforcement. This focused encouragement builds confidence to improve health, athleticism and win.

Professional Outlook
Since joining Speedline Fitness in 2011, my goal has been to increase the health and wellness of our clients; and to maximize the competitive potential of our athletes. In order to live a long and healthy life, fitness and good nutrition must be considered a lifestyle and not just a workout. Structured programming and positive motivation are keys to any successful exercise regime. In order to achieve success in sports, athletes cannot ignore the importance of periodized training and proper nutrition.
What sets me apart from my peers?
I have been obsessed with fitness since I picked up my first weight at 12 years old. Since then, I have relentlessly researched books, magazines, and the internet in order to find the best training regimens for all types of people. I engage in continuing education every year because I want to be the best at what I do. Many years ago while competing in high school wrestling; I learned that intensity is the key to success in all fitness endeavors. I bring that intensity to all my training sessions.
